Green Wave

35-55 days large upright plant. Dark green leaves that at seriated at ends and slightly wavy. Very spicy flavor, grows to 16-18 inch height. Slow to flower.

Old Fashioned

39-45 days upright plant grows to 22-24 inches. Leaves are ruffled and medium green. Mild fresh flavor. Best when harvested young.

Red Giant

Popular red mustard greens that add a colorful tasty zest to salad mixes. Slightly savoyed leaves are maroon in color with light green midribs and narrow stems. Winter hardy and slow to bolt. Full size leaf harvest in 45 days.

Sawtooth

Excellent dark green very upright plant selected for baby leaf market. Leaves are teardrop shaped and very curly with extremely frilled outer edges. Plants are spineless. Notable spicy flavor.

Southern Giant Curled

45-60 days Large upright fast growing hardy plants have good resistance to bolting and   produce big heavily curled dark green leaves with crumpled frilled edges. Good resistance to cold weather. First harvest is 45 days after sowing. Excellent for early spring plant, slow to flower, mild flavor.

Tendergreen

A heavy producer, Tendergreen is an upright growing plant and has shiny dark   green leaves with smooth edges that can be harvested 40 days after sowing. Nice pungent mustard flavor. One of the better varieties for greens.

Mustard Mizuna

Vigarous non-heading leaf type green. Harvested at 12-20 inches. Leaves deeply serated, medium green, garker green stems. Tolerates cool weather holds well     after harvest.

Mustard - Osaka Purple

Attractive variety from Japan that produces medium-green leaves with a tinge of purple and purple-red veins. Tender mild flavor. Leaves are more refined than Red Giant with 1” wide succulent stems. Mature 12-14” tall plants are ready to harvest in 40 days.
