Brunswick
Brunswick produces large heads averaging 6 to 9 lbs each. Uniform flat drumhead shaped heads range from 6 to 7 inches deep by 9 to 12 inches in diameter. It is particularly tolerant to cold weather. Relative maturity is 85 to 90 days.

Copenhagen Market Early Improved
90 day maturity from seed sowing, 70 days maturity from transplanting. Uniform round, very firm heads. Average 6-7 inches in diameter up to 2 kg. Taste is sweet and tender. Medium green color with light green center.

Conical solid tightly folded heads range from 5 to 7” in diameter by 10 to 15” tall with an average weight of 3 lbs. Resistant to splitting and Yellows. Good uniformity. Relative maturity is 60 to 75 days.
